When is PlayDate open?

Monday to Sunday 10am to 5pm. Play starts on the hour.

How old do you have to be Explore PlayDate?

Children 5 and older may explore the park without an adult (We offer a Drop And Go faciltiy for children 5+ Including options of Food,Drink and Treat)T&C's apply.

Children under the age of 5 require an adult to explore the park with them. Note:  An accompanying adult must be 21 years and older and is not required to pay an entrance fee.

Is there a weight limit?

All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the age and weight restrictions (125kg) for each activity.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you. However, on weekends and holidays we do sell out. You can pre-book your slot by booking online at https://lilypadpos5.com/playdate/onlinesales/tickets1.php

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

You are entitled to transfer your PlayDate SuperPark booking subject to SuperPark receiving your request for transfer at least 48 hours before the booked starting time. Any requests for transfers must be made via email to admin@superpark.co.za Note: No booking cancellations accepted.

You are entitled to cancel a party booking subject to SuperPark receiving your request for cancellation at least 7 days before the booked date.

Payments made by Eft,debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, by bank transfer. Payments made by Gift Voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value. (Admin fee may be charged).

When do I need to arrive?

Please ensure you turn up 20 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, tracksuits, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed. We do not allow shoes, tekkies or boots on the paly equipment, this to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the products.

What happens if I'm late?

PlayDate SuperPark will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party's participation commences at the time booked. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive according to the prescribed arrival times.

If we are busy then you will only be able to use the remaining time of your booked time slot. During quieter periods we will endeavour to accommodate you as close to your preferred time as possible.

Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. (T&C's Apply)

Can I call and make a reservation?

Can I arrive at any time during your operating hours?

Yes you may but play starts on the hour only so you may be required to wait in our café until the next hour commences. Alternatively, children may start playing but will be charged for the full hour.

Can I call and make a reservation?

Do you have Wifi?

Yes, Wifi is free for all. Be sure to check-in and share your photos and videos using #superpark

Do you have parking?

There is ample safe and secure parking located in and around the V&A Waterfront.

When is your peak time?

Our peak times start at 14:00 on Fridays and run until 19:00 on Sundays. School and Public Holidays are also considered peak times as well.

Can my children come and explore the park without a parent or guardian?

Children 5 and older may explore the park without an adult. (Please visit our Ticket info for the Drop and Go pricing options)

I don't want to explore the park, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?

Good news! If you plan on coming down but don't want to take part, we have an amazing coffee shop, a viewing area and free Wi-Fi hotspot. Only people using the facilities will be charged the admission price.

Do you have wheelchair access?

There is wheelchair access to the building but not to partake in activities on offer. For more information, feel free to contact SuperPark via phone or email.

When is the last admission?

The last session will begin the hour before our listed closing time.
