SUPERPARK SOUTH AFRICA TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

To avoid disappointment it is highly recommended you book online ahead of arrival. Please ensure you turn up 30 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of a session at (‘PLAYDATE SUPERPARK’) (the ‘Activities’) and any ancillary products at the location set out in PLAYDATE SUPERPARK booking confirmation. These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of your party and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL
No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other documentation issued by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK (including any electronic documentation) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of PLAYDATE SUPERPARK.

PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserves the right to make changes to the Activities whether to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements or for any reason and without notice.
Any persons using the park that is 3 years of age or under must be accompanied by a consenting responsible adult.
Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of PLAYDATE SUPERPARK will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance. If damage is caused by a member of a party or group booking, the hirer will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage (including accidental) caused by anyone attending the party or group booking.

PLAYDATE SUPERPARK does not accept responsibility for the loss of property or theft arising from the use of facilities. Money or valuables should, therefore, not be left unattended. Valuables can be deposited in on site locker facilities. This includes vehicles in surrounding car parks or parked on neighbouring roads. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone engaging in what is believed to be antisocial or unsafe behaviour. On the basis of health and safety PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
No refunds or compensation will be payable by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to, undertake or complete the activities.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless in writing by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK (which shall include PLAYDATE SUPERPARK’s email confirmation of booking).
These Booking Terms and Conditions incorporate PLAYDATE SUPERPARK’s Privacy Policy, Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer.
You must advise PLAYDATE SUPERPARK as soon as possible of any mistake in PLAYDATE SUPERPARK’s booking confirmation. PLAYDATE SUPERPARK shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

SAFETY
The Activities include all variations of Rope Course, climbing elements, challenge course and participation is not without risk as serious misuse could be fatal. All participants must adhere to Monitor’s instructions at all times.

PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserves the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety system, a participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Manager on duty will be final.
A responsible adult must remain on site for any child 3 years of age or under. One adult is permitted to supervise a maximum of ten under 12 year olds.
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy, and are subject to the age and weight restrictions for each Activity as stated at time of booking. Participants confirm that the maximum permitted clothed weight of any participant is 125kg and that they do not exceed this weight If you have any concerns we advise that you visit a site at a time prior to your booking and speak to a member of the PLAYDATE SUPERPARK staff. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will not be allowed to undertake the Activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group or party meet these requirements.

The Activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength and stamina. Participants are advised to explore within their ability – only the individual knows or understands their own limits and competencies. If you are unsure or whether you can complete an activity, you should not attempt it. If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance. Participants will be required to certify that they do not suffer from any medical condition which would make it more likely that they would be involved in any incident which could result in injury to themselves or others. Due to the physical nature of the Activities, pregnant women should not take part.
Participants need to be able to see similar distances to those required to drive a car in order to be able to complete the activity and to supervise any under 3’s in their care. Consequently, short or long sighted participants must ensure that they wear contact lenses or prescribed glasses.
All participants are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect other participants. PLAYDATE SUPERPARK shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.
Participants must be dressed appropriately (see clause 4) and PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities to any participant who is not appropriately dressed.
No refunds or compensation will be payable by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the Activities for the reasons set out in this clause.

CLOTHING
It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately and PLAYDATE SUPERPARK advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for physical activity that they do not mind getting damaged.
In particular the following restrictions shall apply:
Participants must wear socks for grip and hygiene.
Long hair must be tied back.
No belts, jewellery or other sharp items of clothing that may cause damage to yourself, the equipment or other participants.
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.

GROUP AND PARTY BOOKINGS
Group and party bookings are to be secured by paying the full amount upon booking. PLAYDATE SUPERPARK will refund any group bookings and parties cancelled 7 days before, any group bookings and parties cancelled after that time, a 50% deposit refund of total booking cost will be given. This can only be changed under the management’s discretion in this situation no refund will be given however an option to move the booking will be offered. The moving of a group or party booking can only be done up to 7 days before the booked date of the group event or party. If attempted after this date it may be rejected.

PLAYDATE SUPERPARK Trampoline Parks no longer accept cheques.

A group or party is required to arrive at the venue at least 25 -30 minutes prior to the confirmed time. Upon arrival the group of party must present themselves to a member of PLAYDATE SUPERPARK staff who will find the group or party host to explain the process of the checking in.

Should you arrive late, you are not automatically granted the full hour on the activities. We will endeavour to make sure you can Climb, Feel the Rush for a full hour, but this decision will be made at the manager on duty’s discretion. Rights of admission can be refused at any time if in the case of excessive lateness.

A private party room/area is booked for a 120 minute slot from 15 minutes before the end of the chosen hour of time to 15 minutes after the chosen hour of time. The room/area must be vacated promptly after this time to set up for the next party.

Birthday Parties: We ask the parent/guardian of the party child stay on site at all times and are responsible for the behaviour of their children. Any behaviour we deem to be unacceptable will be explained to the parent/guardian and your party may come to an end prematurely.

All party food orders must go through PLAYDATE SUPERPARK. With the exception of a birthday cake/cakes, no other food or drink will be allowed to be brought into PLAYDATE SUPERPARK. Only food purchased through PLAYDATE SUPERPARK will be allowed.

Should any member of the group or party have any dietary requirements, we will try our best to cater to these needs, please advise us of such requests no later than 7 days prior to the party or group booking.

Should a group or party choose to make amendments to their catering option, a minimum of 7 clear days notice must be provided.
Additional guests can be added to a party or group booking or guests can be removed from a party or group booking as long as they are not requested within 7 days before the booking.

Additional guests are subject to availability. If PLAYDATE SUPERPARK does not have the space then the request will not be possible.
The reduction of guests to a party or group booking must be completed under the following conditions; the reduction is not requested within 7 days before the party or group booking, the remaining number of guests does not fall below 10, and all changes are made in accordance to the refund and transfer policy.

Birthday cake and candles will not be supplied as part of the package unless they have been purchased in advance at the time of booking as a Party Extras. We will supply sufficient cutlery to
cut and eat the cake. We will not allow decorations to be stuck to the walls. No decorations are allowed unless previously arranged with the events manager.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Subject to any terms agreed in writing between PLAYDATE SUPERPARK and you, our charges for all Activities shall be calculated at our current rates and payment in full shall be due at the time of booking. The charges include the cost of purchasing the Activities. Payment may be made by debit or credit card either online or at the facility.
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserves the right to change its prices at any time, including special offers. Special Offers are not in conjunction with any other offer.
As much notice as possible will be given should a change in our prices occur.
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK Park no longer accepts cheques.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS FOR PALYDATE TICKETS
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK requires 48 hours notice before the booked activity start time to provide a full refund for any cancellations for bookings fewer than 9 participants. Any cancellations occurring with less than 48 hours notice will only be offered a transfer to another date and time or a credit note for the value of the booking.
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK requires 7 clear days notice to provide a refund for any cancellations for parties or any group bookings for 10 participants or more. Any cancellations occurring with less than 7 days notice will be offered a transfer to another date and time or a credit note for the value of the booking. This requires the participant to specify an alternative date and time for their booking. With less than 48 hours’ notice all cancellations will not receive a refund but only a transfer.
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that PLAYDATE SUPERPARK decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other compensation shall be payable.
In the event that it proves necessary to close the Activities for reasons beyond the control of PLAYDATE SUPERPARK and in circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the Activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances PLAYDATE SUPERPARK may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at reduced rates.
Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card.
No refunds will be given for transactions made by gift vouchers. Bookings may be transferred in adherence with our transfer policy.
Where multiple forms of payment are used, PLAYDATE SUPERPARK reserves the right to refund any monies due on a refund or amendment by debit or credit card.

PLAYDATE SUPERPARK Parks no longer accept’s cheques.

LIABILITIES
Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions, PLAYDATE SUPERPARK shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities. Parking facilities are available at the site, and any vehicles and their contents are left at the owners’ risk and are subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location. Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions any liability of PLAYDATE SUPERPARK shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to PLAYDATE SUPERPARK. Nothing contained in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of
PLAYDATE SUPERPARK in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of PLAYDATE SUPERPARK or of its employees, agents or contractors.

CCTV MONITORING & PHOTOGRAPHY
The participant consents and agrees to the use by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK of CCTV monitoring for training, health and safety and security purposes. PLAYDATE SUPERPARK consents to the participant and members of their group undertaking photography for their own non commercial purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever. The participant for themselves and as parent or legal guardian of any accompanying children gives consent and agrees to PLAYDATE SUPERPARK photographing and/or recording the participant and any accompanying children and to use any such photographs and/or recording solely and only for PLAYDATE SUPERPARK advertising and promotional purposes. The participant for themselves and any accompanying minors hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the use of any such material and acknowledges and agrees that the rights to us such material shall not require payment or compensation of any kind to be made by PLAYDATE SUPERPARK to the participant and/or any accompanying children.

MISCELLANEOUS
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa and PLAYDATE SUPERPARK and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
